Are your products Australian-made?

Yes, Cherish Skincare products are all proudly made in Australia using locally sourced ingredients

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely! This is extremely important to us.

Do your products contain fillers and artificial preservatives?

Absolutely not. Every ingredient in our products is in there to benefit your skin’s health.

What is your product warranty?

Please read labels and ingredients thoroughly and follow correct directions of use. An allergy patch test is ALWAYS recommended. Discontinue use if reaction occurs.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Once opened Cherish Skincare products have a recommended shelf life of 6 months. We use natural preservatives to keep them in their naturally active form.

Postage and package handling

What are your postage rates for Australia?

We offer free express shipping within Australia.
We use Australia Post express e-parcel which takes approximately one to three business days. Please note Australia Post does not operate on weekends.
Please note this does not apply to weekend orders as well as peak sale periods and peak holiday seasons with Australia Post. Orders may be delayed by up to 48 hours during these periods. Orders placed between 10am Friday and 10am AEST Monday are considered weekend orders.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. To track your order, simple enter this number into the Australia Post tracking website.

Do you post internationally?

We ship our products worldwide! We charge a flat rate for regular delivery of $20.

What do you do to keep my package safe in transit?

All Cherish products are packed to protect them from damage whilst in transit. We take special care to ensure that you receive your products in good condition.

What is your returns policy?

We DO NOT refund or exchange for change of mind. Trial and sample sizes will not be refunded. Full refunds are not available due to the nature of our business.
If you receive your products and there is any faults or damage we will refund in exchange for the return of the faulty items.
We do not accept responsibility for postal charges or lost items when returning/exchanging goods.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email within 14 days and we will deal with your concerns professionally and promptly.
